Barre with Kristin is all about intentional barre classes designed to challenge, energize, and leave you feeling stronger from the inside out. Combining elements of barre, pilates, strength training, and endurance work, my classes are built for all levels and focus on form, balance, core strength, and that signature barre shake.
Whether you're joining me at a pop-up event or in the studio, the goal is always the same: fun, empowering movement in a welcoming environment with great music and even better energy.

I've been passionate about health, wellness, and fitness for as long as I can remember. From running road races and tackling countless Tough Mudder and Spartan courses to strength training and barre, movement has always been a central part of my life.
My barre journey began many years ago when I fell in love with the workout's unique combination of strength, endurance, balance, and grace. After becoming a certified barre instructor in 2018, I officially began teaching in 2025 and it quickly became a passion.
Today, my goal is to create classes that are welcoming, challenging, and fun for every fitness level. Whether you're new to barre or a longtime enthusiast, I'm excited to help you move, grow stronger, and feel your best.
